Boyz II Men - Music In High Places Boyz II Men - Music In High Places

In this part of the Music in High Places series, Boyz II Men go to wintry South Korea where their modern R&B sensibility meets traditional Korean culture, resulting in a surprisingly simpatico series of acoustic performances. Boyz II Men perform some of their most popular songs, including "End of the Road","Water Runs Dry" and "On Bended Knee" The latter two are performed in the Chin Sul Fencing Stadium during which children and young adults display the grace and power of tae kwon do. While in a conference room in the Demilitarized Zone, the group sings "It's So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday" into microphones that are broadcast into North Korea.

Actually, this Music in High Places series more like an international music and travel adventure series.. takes top recording artists to the most ancient sites on earth. Each expedition takes music's biggest artists to the four corners of the globe and features exciting acoustic performances set against the backdrop of Earth's most intriguing natural locations... So, its more like watching a Discovery's Travel and Adventure Channel rather than watching a live concert of a fine R&B group.. Hahahahaha.. nice experiences anyway..

Def Leppard - Collection Def Leppard - Historia / In the Round, In Your Face : Double Collection

In the mid and late 1980's, Def Leppard was the biggest-selling rock band around, and there are two programs on this DVD collection :
The first one, Historia : is an 85-minute look at the band's videos circa 1980-1988, from its debut, "Hello America" to its huge radio hits "Pour Some Sugar on Me" and "Love Bites" These videos, either silly "concepts" or lip-synched performances, are par for the early-MTV course.
Historia Track List : Hello America, Let It Go, High 'N' Dry, Bringin' on the Heartbreak (Version I with Pete Willis), Photograph, Rock of Ages, Foolin', Too Late For Love, Rock! Rock! (Till You Drop), Bringin' on the Heartbreak (Version II with Phil Collen), Me and My Wine, Women, Animal, Pour Some Sugar On Me (U.K. Version), Hysteria, Armageddon It (Live), Pour Some Sugar On Me (U.S. Version), and Love Bites

The second one is In the Round, in Your Face : it's a 90-minute concert culled from the 1988 Hysteria world tour.. the excited fans are as much the show as the band, especially when hit after hit, from the opening "Stagefright" to the closing "Photograph" is played.
In the Round, in Your Face Track List : Stagefright, Rock! Rock (Til You Drop), Women, Too Late For Love, Hysteria, Gods of War, Die Hard the Hunter, Bringin' on the Heartbreak, Foolin', Armageddon It, Animal, Pour Some Sugar On Me, Rock of Ages, and Photograph

+ 5 bonus videos with performances from current line up including Vivian Campbell : "Slang","Work It Out","All I Want Is Everything" "Goodbye" and "Promises"

Hemmhh.. Perhaps I should look for the Historia : The Movie also.. hahahaha.. Do you guys know that they have filmed their story of succes ? Yaaayyy.. Rock On !!!

Incubus - When Incubus Attacks Vol. 2 Incubus - When Incubus Attacks Vol. 2

Well.. 7 music videos, including "Drive","Stellar" and "Pardon Me" + 4 songs unplugged, including "Anti Gravity Love Song" and "A Certain Shade of Green" + 4 songs live in Chicago 1998, including "Glass" and "Idiot Box" + Behind the scenes on the "Drive" and "Stellar" music videos...

Huuu.. what can I argue 'bout this DVD.. i reckoned the first time when
Moe lend me his DVD.. uhh.. what a great DVD (^^);

Buy this DVD... Enough said !!! It is worth any amount of money, for the buyer will truly see what makes a great band, one that isn't pre-packaged by the corporate world.. This DVD harnesses Incubus's true originality to the fullest and also shows why they are one of the best live bands to come on the scene ever. Although watching the DVD cannot totally make someone comprehend the power and spiritual awesomeness of their live show, it will give the viewer an excellent idea of what and how music should sound like. Not to mention the countless "Extra Love" packed into this amazing DVD. Definant recommendation to any fan of music, true music...

Ummm... can't wait to get The Morning View Session DVD... Uhhh..

Evanescence - Fallen Evanescence - Fallen

Hemmhh.. actually i'm a bit dissapointed 'bout this CD.. I have downloaded their MP3's included the songs from their EP, before they got to sign the major label.. perhaps since this is their first major label album.. they compromised a lot with the label.. so, there are a couple of songs that they re-arranged.. somehow it is became too commercial.. uhh..

Hemmh.. although in this album version there are a lot of haunting sythesizer sounds and crazed drum loops arrangement.. not forget to mention the mellow, but yet powerfull choir arrangement by Amy the lead vocalist... which is great, but still, after hearing 'Wake Me Up Inside' which is the original version of 'Bring Me To Life' (without the annoyed vocals from the guy who screams a lot.. uhhh, dislike !!!) also the original arrangement of 'Tourniquet' and also 'Whisper'.. I prefer the EP version a lot more than this Fallen Album version.. the heavy guitar riff on the EP was excellent !!! \m/_(^^)_\m/

Uhh.. perhaps i should buy the EP instead..
